Mala Explore connects travelers with Chengdu and Sichuan locals for private experiences that feel specific: the right teahouse at the right hour, a dish explained by someone who eats it often, a mountain route that respects weather and energy.

We only cover Chengdu and Sichuan because depth matters. Sichuan is not one mood: it is teahouse leisure, mountain air, peppercorn heat, opera rhythms, Buddhist heritage, Tibetan-Qiang culture, and a thousand neighborhood habits that do not fit into a generic China itinerary.

Each experience starts with a local host and a real route, then adapts to the traveler. We care about pacing, food restrictions, weather, child-friendly stops, honest shopping boundaries, and whether the day still feels good after the first plan changes.
